I got myself a four day weekend coming up. I can’t wait!
It shall be a fun week of hanging out, training, and a couple cheat meals. (Possibly a couple drinks too.)
I wrote myself a five week program that kicks off Monday. I can’t wait! I was thinking of cutting for the summer…but I think I’ll just focus on gains. There’s always next year to be shredded. Maybe I’ll do a 30 day shred in August for my birthday. Just for kicks.
