I am 28, started my lifestyle 3/21/12. I eat a designated number of daily calories that are low in fat, high in lean protein, and high in fiber —a lot of fruits/veggies. I replaced soda with water! I use myfitnesspal to track my food (scarchase). I make time to walk, jog and sometimes run. I also do yoga regularly and recently started weight training. I stay as active and positive as possible. I am 5’11”! start weight: 281/ current weigh: 192/ goal weight: 140

Wow. Almost a 100lbs.
